JohnLocker.com was anonymously created in 2008 with the sole purpose of spreading and promoting knowledge. JohnLocker.com provides the venue, for you, the public to "deposit" videos into our virtual video locker. Most videos on the internet can be automatically copied on Johnlocker by clicking on "Add Video" and pasting the URL. The videos you see on JohnLocker are here because someone thought that the video was good enough to share with others.

If you would like to contact us, please use the contact form or e-mail: johnlockerdotcom at gmail.com.

ABOUT OUR NAME

John Locke was 17th Century English philosopher that came up with some of the most important philosophical theories of recent history. In fact, the United States Constitution was based upon some of his principles.

With respect to this brilliant philosopher, we believe a "JohnLocker" is a place where people can deposit knowledge anonymously. Playing on the words "John" (a term oftentimes used for anonymity) and the word "locker" (where valuables are kept), JohnLocker.com provides an outlet for people share knowledge anonymously...with absolutely no agenda.

We hope you like this new educational venue and we hope that it opens you to some interesting and mind provoking ideas.

JohnLocker Beta Version

JohnLocker.com was released to the general public in a open beta in the later parts of April 2008. We are always adding features and functionality to JohnLocker.com in order to provide our users with the best online experience. We're not sure when (or if) we'll leave beta, but as long as there is interesting educational videos out there...we aren't going anywhere.

Please feel free to browse around the site, and if you happen to find any bugs or problems, please contact us with any errors you recieved.
